As Nello’s Chief Executive Officer, Gino is responsible for the overall direction and operations of Nello Construction. Gino is directly responsible for financial oversight, executive project management, bonding and contracts. He directly serves the firm’s valued clients to ensure projects meet their expectations.
Jake McNary
President
As President Jake oversees all aspects of Nello’s construction operations, including hands-on management of all Nello’s projects. Jake also oversees and manages all aspects of Nello’s estimating and preconstruction services.
Dean Falavolito
Executive Vice President - General Counsel
As Executive Vice President, Dean oversees Nello’s Business Development and Customer Relations. Dean works with Nello’s prospective and current clients to ensure that they are provided with the highest quality service. Dean also oversees various administration matters including human resources and insurance. As a licensed attorney, Dean also handles the day-to-day legal affairs of Nello.
George Leasure
Senior Project Advisor - President Emeritus
George has spent his entire career in the construction industry and for over 2 decades served as Nello’s President – guiding Nello through years of growth and productivity. George now uses his years of success and experience to advise Nello on all areas of project completion and customer service.
