Trinity Episcopal School for the Ministry

Project Consisted of a Complete Remodel of the Exiting 14,300 Sq. Ft. Library Facility

The existing building was completely gutted to four walls and rafters

An L-shaped one and two-story 28,000 Sq. Ft. addition was added to the existing building

New insulated flat roof was added to the existing building

The addition had both flat roofs and sloped shingled roofs

A two-story entrance was provided on two sides of the building giving open access from the campus side and the parking lot

This main entrance consists of a vaulted wood ceiling with skylights

A large planter area circles a casual seating area

The exterior of the building is made up of brick veneer with EIFS above

New sidewalks and ramps make the building accessible from both the campus and the parking area

Interior space consists of two stories of library stack areas

Associated offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, and casual space

Computer outlets are provided in all of the spaces

Study areas are located on both floors of the library and provided with computer outlets
