Restoration of a 45- year-old apartment  building that suffered a major fire in 2010

Building’s redesign includes an open and contemporary floor plan with six studio apartments and 28 one-bedroom units

Exterior features a new mansard roof containing slate shingles and white decorative corbels

Architecture models surrounding community buildings, preserving the historic integrity of Waynesburg

Transformation included new interior, sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, rubber roof, windows, brick cleaning, fire walls, and ADA updates

Nello self-performed mansard framing, rough and finish carpentry, concrete, and window installation
