The interior features radius walls, the innovative “sawtoothing” of the front office windows, glass block library walls, conference room coffered ceilings, showrooms with stained concrete and innovative structural lighting.
The building has an electronic regulated HVAC system that cycles on and off via specific programming to accommodate the hours of operation and usage
By manipulating wall planes and interfacing structural components, Nello Construction attempted to breakdown the masking commonly found in pre-engineered construction.
