New 3,470 sq.ft. fit-out located in the retail district of SouthSide Works
The Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based franchise serves as a before and after dinner destination with an upscale, intimate atmosphere.
Design includes multiple sitting areas sectioned by sheer curtains and furniture to make patrons feel like they're lounging in the comfort of their own living room.
Since the space did not possess the required height to achieve a "true loft", four separate elevations were factored into the layout.
Modern pendant lighting adds sophistication and is controlled by dimmer switches, while the flooring system includes a black polished concrete stain combined with glass particles to enhance shine.
Visible from each elevation, the bar is an alluring focal point. It was customized with 3-form panels and a Simplex aluminum ceiling.
