Center Atrium rises 3 levels and is capped by a 35-foot diameter skylight

Granirex pavers, set in a diagonal pattern accent in the entrance

Details such as pre-cast concrete veneer, metal roofs, aluminum windows and doors, light fixtures and railings were designed to blend with the neighboring facilities and also to provide elegant trim

Highly technical amenities included a central building data and telecommunications system, specialized shelving units, and electronic motion sensors in individual rooms to turn off both climate control and lighting when the room is unoccupied

Nello was also responsible for poured concrete floors, intricate tile work, roofing, skylights, custom millwork and cabinetry

The roofing detail required special attention due to the highly unusual HVAC system that was vented through the louvered plenum
