Ross Hall
Nello Construction provided a total facelift for the 50-year-old Ross Hall to house Edinboro University’s math and computer science departments, as well as communications and data center facilities. This project consisted of approximately 50,000 SF of renovations and 30,000 SF of additions, and provides classrooms, lecture halls, offices and labs. Departmental shared spaces include conference rooms, staff lounges, and common gathering spaces.
A new 500-ft long, elevated and enclosed walkway was constructed to link the two sides of campus and bridges the gap between Baron-Forness Library and Ross Hall. The multi-phased project was occupied during renovations and student, faculty and pedestrian safety was a high priority.
