The Performing Arts Wing boasts a professional style theatre with fly loft, acoustical clouds, radius plaster walls and extensive mahogany trim

New upper level parking lot, relocated athletic fields, courts, renovated swimming pool and locker rooms

Total project value $3.2 Million

EIFS was incorporated into the design as a large cornice at the perimeter of the building

Nello modified and improved the method to install the metal stud support system - at no additional cost to the school district

Nello coordinated with another General Contractor, Construction Manager and 16 prime subcontractors
