Multiple additions included Wrestling and Weight Rooms, Locker Rooms, Art Room, Greenhouse, library, and new Classrooms.

Renovations included a new spectator seating area for the Swimming Pool, modernization of the Home Economics Kitchen and various Classrooms.

Early phasing or the project provided the school with the opportunity to occupy newly renovated and constructed spaces sooner than anticipated.

Constant attention was paid to the safety and accessibility issues of performing the work in occupied/utilized areas.
